Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 1‑3 days (blinds, pads); 3‑7 days (cabinets).
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. Carriers:

Small items (blinds, pads): USPS, UPS, FedEx

Window sill cabinets: Freight carriers (LTL)
3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

Times: Blinds/pads: 5‑10 days; Cabinets via freight: 7‑20 business days. Estimates, not guarantees.
4. Freight Delivery Process (Cabinets)

Carrier will contact you to schedule a 4‑hour delivery window.

Standard delivery is curbside or threshold — driver will not bring inside.

Inspect before driver leaves — note any visible damage on delivery receipt.
5. White Glove Delivery
Available for cabinets at additional fee. Includes delivery to room of choice, unpacking, basic assembly, and packaging removal.
6. Packaging

Blinds: Boxed with protective padding; warning labels and installation instructions visible.

Cabinets: Flat‑pack boxes with corner protectors, foam padding; anti‑tip hardware included.

Pads: Sealed in poly bags; care labels and flammability labels attached.
7. Damage Claims

Visible damage: Noted on delivery receipt — contact us immediately.

Concealed damage: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of damage and packaging. Keep all packaging.
8. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
